The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. "First let me say, the staff here are lovely and very professional, however this hotel is far from a 4 star. I checked in and found ROACHES (several) in by bathroom, and the AC was not working in several of the rooms I was moved to. I had to change rooms 3x before finding one acceptable. Room service is subpar, and i found my bed sheets had stains when they would change the bed. This hotel needs renovation badly. I gave 2 stars because the staff was really nice otherwise it’s a 0. Will not be booking here again. "

"Great location, great breakfast and nice food in the pub downstairs, comfy bed. Slightly let down by no air con and rooms a bit tired and could use an update. Would probably return for the view. "

"Mandalay Beach B & B was an awesome spot to stay. The room was very nice, clean and quite spacious. Jennfier and Sharl were incredible hosts. Very friendly, always willing to help us figure out the area (booking tours, restaurants, stores, etc). Would highly recommend staying here. "
