"I was due to arrive on Friday 27th Jan due to my 11 yr old son collapsing at school and being diagnosed with a serious heart condition I had to cancel the trip. The hotel refused a refund and when Expedia approached them on my behalf, they did not answer their phone or e-mails. Terrible customer service."

"Room was clean but dated, with random screw sticking 1 cm out of the floor carpet, creating a trip/cut hazard. Breakfast, which we paid for, was not served until 800 am, and we had to leave for the airport at 700 am, so received no breakfast. Not even coffee was available at 700 am, as far as we could tell. No gasthaus staff were present when we checked in at 600 pm or when we left at 700 am, and the restaurant was not operating. "

"We stayed in Gastehaus Flora for one night, the reservation made just the day before our stay due to a mixup in another booking. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room on the second floor. Our room was delightful with a comfortable bed and a couch, tables and chairs, and a sizeable balcony we could sit out on. "The picture of the property is misleading. It’s actually a hotel with an entrance in the fast food place! The property is also fenced off at this time for renovations! So my review is timely and might change! The actual ‘Hotel room’ was fantastic with great views of the valley from the balcony! We were in room 308, but the elevator goes actually DOWN to the third level??? I guess the EG (Mainlevel from the store and Restaurant) is on level 4. Check in was done thru the store in a very hectic manner! Parking was not explained, which we found later on our walk! It’s behind the building and you have to oppose the one way only traffic to get there! Next the entire Area is just a major Bus and Truck stop! Nearest grocery store is 7 km away! "
