"Property could use updates. Smells moldy. Booked a stay Friday- Monday AM, house keeping only came once to empty trash. Had to request fresh towels, toilet tissue, bedding. Paid for parking, had to validate ticket for every exit. Upon checking I requested to speak with management to express my concerns, waited about 20-30 minutes. They stood in corner talking and looking at me, then proceeded to walk right by me. Nice young lady at the front desk witnessed this- took my complaint. Do not recommend. "

"Floors were dirty in the room (swept but not mopped), hotel as a whole is in need of proper maintenance and upkeep, and the water pressure for showers and the rooftop tubs are the worst I’ve ever seen. Architecture was pretty and the staff was friendly, however I am unlikely to book again. "

"Check in was frustrating. The check-in time says 4:00 but upon arrival, there was no room ready and we had to wait until close to 6:00pm for check in. It was frustrating after a long day of flying. We offered to take a down-graded room but was told they could not assist us as we booked through a third party, Expedia. They seem to forget that if it weren't for that third-party, Expedia, the room would never have been booked - others on site, who were also waiting, experienced the same. Were made to feel like our business did not matter as we did not book direct."

"Located in Old San Juan near restaurants and shops. Very clean beautiful hotel."

"This property was the worst they lie by telling you is safe and clean I would stay there not even for free . And look out that they say is refundable and it’s not. Even if you had an emergency they don’t care I payed for this hotel for nothing they won’t give your refund back . It’s a lousy place dirty and scary "

"Wonderful location, beautiful hotel & restaurant. However, if you are seeing the primary photo & think you can use the pool, you are wrong. There should have been a disclaimer stating the pool was out of service & will be for quite some time. Instead, we got there to a sign that read the pool was undergoing "cleaning" - yet there was a whole ass renovation being done! And yet the guy at the desk told us he thought the pool was potentially going to be done in time for one of the days we would be staying. Sorry but anyone with eyes could tell the pool was FAR from being done & was under a total renovation. I do not appreciate the BS this place spewed to us & the misrepresentation of the property. We paid a lot of money for a location that did NOT meet our expectations."

"Dejaré este review en español para que los dueños del hotel lo lean y tomen cartas en el asunto. El hotel es muy bonito. Tiene buenos aires acondicionados, también buenas TV’s, es céntrico y si tienen 2 o 3 excelentes empleados con buena actitud, pero tienen un par de empleados jóvenes hombres que son malísimos. 1. Uno de esos empleados que conocí nos dejó sin el desayuno que están supuestamente a recoger a las 10am. Yo llegué a las con por lo menos 15-20min antes y aún viéndome que llegue, tuvo el valor de decirme… “como no venía nadie decidí levantar temprano”. Ese mismo empleado no leyó el mensaje de su colega que me extendió a habitación por 1 hora más y me llegó a sacar del cuarto. 😡 2. El día que hice check in, el individuo que me recibió no solo olvidó regresarme mi licencia (y eso me me causó problemas con la renta del carro en pr) sino que la noche que en llegué le escribí preguntándole si puedo conseguir una botella de agua para mi esposa que está embarazada... me dijo que el hotel no tiene agua y que a esas horas de la noche, la única opción era Uber eats... el próximo día una muchacha sonriente con que trabaja en la misma posición le pregunté dónde podía comprar agua y salió de ella misma preguntar qué cuántas botellas necesitaba y que ella me las podía obsequiar. Fue un contraste de actitud y de empleados. El servicio el cliente en Puerto Rico sigue estando por los pisos por individuos que siguen teniendo trabajo en los lugares equivocados."
