"The hotel appears fairly new and overall in good condition. Sheets and towels were clean, and the bed was comfortable. But whoever cleaned our room didn't do a good job. The carpet and armchair were dirty, there were smears on the nightstand and dirt and litter on the floor outside our door, there were crumbs on the desk chair, and the glass shower partition showed all kinds of drips and smears when it fogged up. However, it was dirty but not gross. And the person at the front desk was very helpful when we had trouble adjusting the heater. Also, the neighborhood around the hotel seemed kind of run down, but it didn't feel noisy or unsafe, and parking was convenient. "

"The room was clean and welcoming after a 7 hour drive. The.bed was so comfy, and the air conditioner was a perfect temp. Unfortunately we fell asleep too quickly. I was looking forward to reading my book. Also found out that this Comfort Inn is pet friendly, good to know for future trips."

"I have yet to speak to the owner due to the same woman being present since checking in. I booked and paid for my room when I arrived and gave her my information to pull up my reservation ,as I’ve done several times through out the years, I was told I just made a reservation which was false because I paid online including the protection fee. She then told me to pay / insert my card to pay AGAIN! SHE THEN TOLD ME IT DIDNT WORK, mind you the screen in front of me was blank so I couldn’t even verify she was telling the truth, so for a second time I did and was charged twice plus a $20 pet fee! EVEN WORSE 2 hours later I received a notification that my card had been charged from the same place for $75 and when I immediately went back to the office she told me she didn’t have authorization to refund my money and that the owner wouldn’t be available until morning. WHICH WAS A LIE BECAUSE THE NEXT DAY HE WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AND SHE WAS STILL AT THE FRONT DESK. She was arrogant, rude, and refused to provide me with any way or information to speak to someone else! BOTTOM LINE I SUSPECT SHE IS STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS/ truck drivers LIKE MY SELF SHE EXPECTS TO CHECK OUT AND BE GONE BY MONDAY WHICH SHE CONVENIENTLY SHE SAYS THE OWNER WILL BE PRESENT!"

"They texted me at 700 am telling me they hoped I enjoyed my stay. Too early to be texting people for no reason."

"On check-in the lady was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, as expected, but no table chair. After an hr and several office visits we got one. (Need 2 chairs for 2 guests) At 650 am there was NO hot water. It ran app 5 min but only got warm enough to wash hair. Then suddenly like someone turned off the hot it went totally cold. The breakfast was good as always"
