Loved evening Aarti at ghat there. Truly peaceful. Must visit place. Even there is a gurudwara on the main road which is huge and amazing. The kids staying in premises of gurudwara were so disciplined and attending eve kirtan which touched our hearts

In spite of choosing the most busy time of the year, quite unintentionally, we were quite taken by the beauty of River Ganga flowing through the beautiful town of Rishikesh. So many mandirs and Ashrams to visit!

i understand it once was not polluted, not too long ago. Hopefully it will be that way again and when it is I am sure it will be a nice place again.
