"To be clear, this is not a typical hotel; rather a set of autonomous apartments in a large, modern 3-story residence. Our two bedroom apartment was close to 800 ft^2, absolutely no relation to small hotel rooms we typically get everywhere else. The rooms were very clean. There is a reception office on the main floor but it does not remain open 24/7. The staff was very attentive and friendly. "Room size of the suite room was adequate. Had some issues with the placement of power points, none next to the room. Location was excellent right in the heart of the things with best gelato in Riva Del Garda and best shopping and eateries, lake side within 5 mins walking. Breakfast was good but on the last day staff at the live egg counter was missing. At 6:30 am no one answers the phone at the reception or housekeeping if you need something like fresh towels."
