Staff was amazing ! However the room was dirty . I had to ask to change the sheets because there was stains on the cover and sheets . Pillow cases smelled bad . We had to change everything on both beds . Floors were dirty and the pool and hot tubs weren’t clean . We felt yucky

We had a spacious 2 bedded room, clean, quiet, facing the back of the hotel, away from the roads. Pool is small, but open out of season. Restaurant has limited menu, but the food is good. A car is needed to find other restaurants in the area, there is nothing within easy walking distance. For shopping the Tanger Outlets are very close by, the town of Riverhead is a 10 minute car ride.

Great hotel for the area

When I arrive CJ, the assistant manager was there. He helped me get into a room as soon as I got there the room was very clean and organized and spacious. The lobby was clean and had a lot of activities.

This hotel was very nice! The location is right off the highway and on the main road so it’s not scenic but it’s very convenient for getting where you need to go in the area. The hotel itself looked newly renovated, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at night. Good fitness room and breakfast too. Would stay again.
