"hotel itself is very clean, room clean fridge did have a bit of a scent of left over food something but not terrible, very busy miss loews when it wasnt as busy less people and less waiting time also when parking was included not only is it extremely hard to find parking spots but we are send to the very top and they have the first of the parking used for valet parking which makes no sense if its valet it should be at top not for costumers also should be a faster way to get to the hotel that...

"The rooms were clean the hotel was super busy packed with kids. What I didn't like was the fact that they charge for breakfast and every single other thing including $22 a night for parking. What a ripoff, shame on Hilton for kicking advantage of their guests that way."

"Stayed for just one night on the club level, taking the hotel shuttle from the airport. The front desk staff were great. Club room staff were fine - could have been more welcoming, but maybe they are supposed to be low key? Room was lovely. "

"Close proximity to the airport. Airport shuttle has limited hours. Did not start until 5:30AM so had to take a taxi to the airport for 7:30am flight. "

"I have never stayed at a worse hotel. The first room we were given had a horrible smelling bathroom and room smelled like smoke. Asked for a new room and was given a room that had dirty sheets that looked like “fresh stains”. When I asked for clean sheets the front desk had me go to The laundry room and get clean bedding to make the bed myself! Afterwards the tv didn’t turn on, staff was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. She came to the room and took her quite awhile to get it to work-...
