"Conveniently located near ORD, they easily accommodated my very late arrival. The room was comfortable and clean. I was able to get restful sleep and enjoy breakfast in the morning. Desk staff and breakfast staff were all very friendly and efficient!"

After the check in process, I asked about breakfast and she said that I had to pay and I told her that I already paid and she disagreed with me. Finally, I had to prove to her on my phone - then she gave me a red ticket to have breakfast angrily! When I got my credit card bill, I was charged $50.00 extra and when I called - the charge was for parking and breakfast - which I already paid when I made the...

"The night staff was very friendly, the morning staff not as much! However the room was nice, the free breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of food options near the hotel. Though we didn’t use the pool, it was a nice area. Housekeeping comes often but if you have the sign up, they won’t come back. And you only hear the planes from the outside not the rooms which I was happy about. Overall would stay again. Good price good comfort"

"We arrived early & our room was ready. The front desk lady helped explain how to get to the restaurants & was very nice. The room was clean & close to restaurants. There was a park & pond across the street that we walked around & enjoyed the weather. "

"The hotel has changed our room without informing us. We found out on our arrival and that caused us unable to check in. We stay at the front desk, trying to figure things out for about an hour. The front desk lady, called Srivya, was very extremely unprofessional and useless. She left us while we’re all in the middle of this situation just because she needed to clock out on time.
