"Entering the front desk, the clerk was extremely rude with no hello and/or eye contact. After the check in process, I asked about breakfast and she said that I had to pay and I told her that I already paid and she disagreed with me. Finally, I had to prove to her on my phone - then she gave me a red ticket to have breakfast angrily! When I got my credit card bill, I was charged $50.00 extra and when I called - the charge was for parking and breakfast - which I already paid when I made the reservation. Very disappointed with the customer service! My review isn’t approved because I was honest about the front clerk that checked me in!! Hmmm…"

"My room 215 the heating cooling units are not working. The staffs don’t know much about airport shuttle, they told me shuttle will pick up at airport terminal 5 every 40 minutes. They didn’t tell me the service will end at 10:30pm. I had to take the taxi to the hotel. "
