"The property was under construction. Kind of lame. Our volleyball “tournament” set this location up as an option. I guess I need to call ahead and find out what construction and outages there are before booking. The room was very remodeled and refreshed, except the furniture. The toilet is too close to the wall and there was no hot water Tuesday march 31st before we left, which is odd, few were staying there. Whole pool area was re-tiled. Nice. "Airport shuttle arrived within minutes of us calling to request one. For our return at 3:30AM the next morning, the shuttle was there right on time. The hotel staff was beyond accommodating - they were awesome. It was all about the customer. "

"The hotel lobby was closed when we arrived about 6pm....we had to call and get a door code for our room...only 2 towels for a 4 person room.... dried blood spot on a comforter....outlets were dirty...could hear the people in the room next door talk very clearly (no insulation or sound proofing)....sheets didn't match....no stopper for the tub to take a bath....heat/AC wouldn't keep consistent temperature. All in all in was very unpleasant experience and we will not be staying there again on...

"The room was great, executive suite with a balcony. The breakfast selection is good, if you get there early enough. Coffee not available 24 hrs. In room water boiler pitcher for steeping coffee was not ideal. Limited pool hours, 9am to 10pm, did not work for us. There was a lot of pool patrons and the pool and spa are small. Our room neighbors left their garbage and food tray outside their doors, dirty glasses left on the table at the end of the hall. Not really the hotel’s fault, but if staff...
