I’m not used to write a review even though I like to read them before we book a trip but this time its different it was really good, whoever is interested in my comment, we stayed for the first time at Grand Sirenis resort Hotel in Riviera Maya M. we was looking for a resort to have a lots fun and activities for my 5 years old twins we found this one we like it at first we saw they have a Lazy river wish it was the most amazing spot I have no words to describe how we feels how I’m feeling after we went we had a great experience there, the employees are amazing all of them, they are Kind,humble,sweet,helpful, caring and very friendly people, I’m not joking it’s the most amazing place we ever went, they make us feels like Home. we visited others Hotels resorts nothing compares with Grand Sirenis we are really happy with it,we loves it, we will go back soon I recommend 100% for couples and families with smalls kids or whoever would like to just relax and having a good time. "The room was spotless, I would leave a note and a tip and the lovely person would go over and above to meet my needs. I loved how kind the staff was, the food was excellent! My teenage daughter and I did this trip to see what it was like and we are going to bring back my sons and husband for Spring break. We are going to stay in the Luxury part for the private pool area. The beach was one of the most beautiful I have seen. A Caribbean bath as we referred to it. "
