Maintenance came to fix the problem, but never fixed it; even though the front desk insisted that maintenance confirmed that the issue was fixed. "Don’t be fooled by the old industrial entrance door disguising this peaceful minimalist design hotel. My friend and I spent 3 nights and this stay in Palermo was the highlight of our 9 day Sicily trip. The staff made us feel so welcome at every encounter, making dinner reservations, highlighting spots in the City and being so accommodating.
