"It had been a long time since I stayed in a hotel where everything was perfect. The hotel was very well maintained, the staff were kind and attentive. "The Hotel needs updating. I have stayed here multiple times in the last two years. The elevator is gross. The laundry room in A building had only one working washer and you need coins to operate (suggest upgrade to cc's). Walls and carpet throughout need to be replaced. Cleanliness is "ok" not great. My toilet backed up for no apparent reason and when I called the front desk I was told no one on premises to address but that I could come down and get a plunger:) which I did and addressed it...
