There was one staff person who was very good at her job and consequently ended up taking over others' work in order to meet the needs of guests. The golf cart rental service was great! The jet ski rental services were not good. "

"This property is tired and needs a deep cleaning. The staff is non existent. We stayed 5 days and asked for/but didn’t receive any housekeeping- including towels! I ended up taking some off one of the cleaning carts."
