"The common areas of the hotel, and the old main building especially, are very nice. The staff is helpful and the outdoor area by the pool is in good condition. The rooms in the modern buildings are a bit worn down and could do with a refresh. "

"The room was very clean and well planned, more than usual hotel rooms. Lots of wardrobe space and build in space to put your bag. The shower had a fixed shower glass screen which is much better than the flimsy doors or curtains that you sometimes get. "

"This was our sixth stay at Costa Azul. That probably says it all! The location is excellent, the breakfasts are wonderful with so much to choose from, the staff in the restaurant and at reception are unfailingly cheerful and helpful, and the bedrooms are comfortable and well equipped. It is a 30 minute stroll to Passeig Born along the waterfront for us (in our late 70s). We love it."
