"Staff is five star, but the furniture is a little beat up. Clean, except under the couch cushions. Definitely good value."

"I chose the hotel because my mom and I stayed there one week back in 201X, she passed away in 2025 so I chose the property solely for that reason. The hotel itself is lovely, blend of high end shops, trendy restaurant, friendly staff, and just hint of a maze. The room itself was large and spacious, clean, and had all the amenities you would expect. The location is perfect: short walks to harbour air, Macs (circle K), transit, taxis, and the skyway is right out the door or less than a block away. If you are here to visit, the Vancouver art gallery is right next door and you are surrounded by shopping! You are spoiled for your chose of restaurants and cuisine types all within easy walking distance. I do not have only positive things to say as the view from 902 wasn't spectacular, and if it were not for the familiar reasons I would not have paid $671. There were nicer, less expensive, or better situated hotels to choose from. There is also this trend to remove bathtubs. On occasions, I do like a good soak. Overall excellent, but pricy. "

"Hotel is clean and modern, in central location. Staff is extremely helpful and cannot recommend utilizing the concierge to book regional attractions, get suggestions on transportation, etc. "

"Beautiful location, did not realize it is in the convention center, so access was different (different elevators for different areas) and gym and sauna are in a different area of the building, never did see them since not by the pool. Parking is for smaller vehicles and pay someone other than the hotel. Walkable location and stunning view of the harbour. "

"Hotel was very clean and quiet and the location was great for walking anywhere. The hotel however lacked a microwave to heat anything. No utensils /paper cups for the coffee bar . The bed was very hard . We felt as if we slept on a concrete floor . Very expensive for 2 nights . "

"Staff was very accommodating! Hot tub could be hotter but was good...pool was lovely. Food is excellent at the adjoining restaurant, Moxie's. Great location. Everything was spotlessly clean. "

"The last 4 times I’ve stayed here, even way paying 5k a night for a room, there are problems with check in, problems with bags being delivered to the room. Very slow poor service. But the in room dining and service once checked in is great. "
