"The stay was amazing, the staff even let us stay later for late checkout at 2pm since our flight didn’t leave till later. The bedrooms are comfortable and we had the best beautiful views. The head bartender at 36 is such a great and wholesome guy. We love swissotel and all the staff. Many blessings to you all and I hope we can stay again at your beautiful hotel. "Clean room - and very convenient location (connected to the Kansai Airport). It was nice to stay one night there after arriving on an evening flight. This way we didn't need to try to catch the train with our luggage into Osaka City. "

"Ich habe auf einer Rundreise per Bahn einen Zwischenstopp in Kobe eingelegt und nach 2 Nächten im Zentrum dort oben auf dem Mt. Rokko eine Nacht verbracht. Ein Häuschen mitten zwischen Bäumen, experimentell und spassig, wie gewünscht. Das zentrale Haus war ebenfalls sehr entspannt und lässig. Konstruktionsbedingt bietet das Haus wenig akustischen Schutz, vor Autos und Bussen. Nach 10 Uhr wurde es dann aber leiser mit hat die Grillen gehört."
