"This is a fairly new property and it is very clean and well-maintained. The grounds are beautiful, being right in the lake, and although it was too cold to use the pool, it looked very nice. Our room was a king with a balcony, and it was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower super nice! Definitely not your normal hotel bathroom. Tapestry properties are a step up from regular Hilton hotels and we’ve found the two we’ve stayed at very, very nice. Highly recommend!"

"The staff at check-in was not very friendly and seemed indifferent. Upon entering your room, a slight odor of stale cigarette smoke was noticeable. The room appeared clean, but the bathroom shower needs a thorough cleaning, as rust and mildew have gathered around the bottom. When the air conditioner turned on, it was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. Overall, the property needs some serious cleaning and maintenance."
