"We forget to Ask for room service, so room is not made up daily. We asked for handicap room and none were available. Plus we asked for a room with a walk in shower and the room only had a tub. The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. But they ended up having to give us additional add on's to make the room suitable for my husband to be able to get around. "

"Outside in the back of the property, a group of cars were having a tail gate party and were smoking weed. When we came into the lobby to check in, the entire lobby smelled liked heavy weed. Thankfully our room was nice and clean. "

"The area is looking pretty run down currently. The front desk staff was helpful. I got a voucher for parking across the street at Airlines Parking and that was useful. I accidentally booked an accessible room and it was pretty outdated though clean. The hotel needs some work regarding design and general upkeep inside but my room was clean and the bed was super comfy for a good nights sleep."

"I usually book this hotel when I have onsite courses. Shuttle bus is an advantage to get there and the staff are always friendly to ask if you need to arrange it the airport. "

"Service was okay. The room was okay. It was dated and had drill holes in the wall, but the floor and bed was clean. I slept there, but I wouldn't want to spend any more time in the room. Pretty much got what I paid for. "

"Hotel was fine, but if they're to advertise a a free Continental breakfast at least do some minimum things like have tongs for the bagels. Have a toaster that works! ($40 at target would go along way). And maybe some decent plates and lids for the coffee cup."

"We had the room on the 3rd floor and elevator didn't work for a while... Breakfast is Ok for amount paid. Free parking with plenty of empty spots. Overall is fine."

"Eva at the front desk isn't absolute Angel to work with she accommodated us with everything she could and went above and beyond with suggestions. The shuttle driver Mike offered to pick up my partner from the airport and have me ride with him even though we didn't shuttle from there when we originally flew out. Lisa in the palms bar and grill was also very attentive and very pleasant. Michaela at the front desk was also very accommodating and pleasant. We met no unpleasant people during our stay...

"Convient location to airport. Excellent Thai inspired restaurant and equally excellent bar with great drinks! Rooms are basic at best. Just comfortable enough to rest up in and handle the necessities. Staff are super friendly and very professional and helpful."
