"The hotel rooms absolutely could benefit from some new carpeting or pulling up the old carpeting...wearing white footie socks that were gray/black on the bottom after walking around on our hotel room floor. water park was closed for renovations so that was a bummer."

"For a roadside stop, it was well kept and breakfast was a good addition. My daughter and I went on the waterside more times than I can count, and the rooms were decent overall. My biggest gripe was the lack of care by the staff with regards to the room. No one thing was particularly standout, but it felt a little lackluster. I was impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of the staff, and I'd come back here the next time we visit."

"After the third trip upstairs to my room the key card finally worked.(no I did not have the card next to my phone to get erased) I walked into the room and ran into a ladder, turned on the lights and there were tools everywhere. Bathroom mirror was on the floor and toolboxes on the bed. I went back down for my fourth trip and finally got into a room. Next day I needed a tape measure to check the height of the door on the trailer I was towing. I asked the front desk If I could borrow a tape. The desk clerk said they didn't have anything, I asked for the card to the room they tried putting me in the night before because I was sure I saw a tape in there. She said she couldn't. Wasn't happy with the help I didn't get!"
