"First of all, the ambiance is great for its price. The breakfast is decent, though there aren’t many options. As for the amenities, the pool was not very inviting—it looked like the flooring had old moss, which made it unappealing to use. Regarding the service, I understand it was a weekend and requests may take longer. However, we stayed for two nights, and before heading out, I requested that the bed be made and the towels be replaced, but this was never done."

"The hotel was in ok shape. I felt bad for the worker on a busy Sunday morning to be doing breakfast and Front desk all on his own either understaffed or bad scheduling for that reason breakfast was pretty limited but he was trying to do as much as he could. "

"Was advised check in was at 3pm. Arrived with our 1&3 year olds at 3:15. Told our room wasn’t cleaned yet & the cleaners were on lunch until likely 4. Room had no shampoo or conditioner Room had no linens for pull out bed. Other than that, stay was enjoyable due to company time was spent with. Enjoy the pool area and the basement where you can enjoy time with friends without impacting others stay later at night. "

"We came into Minot for a last-minute stay and the hotels I usually book were completely full, so I had to find something else. I found this one online and paid for it through the app. The pricing was good and the reviews seem good. From the outside of the building, it looked nice, but went downhill after that. When we came inside, there was no front desk person to be found. We rang the bell a few times and finally after about five minutes, someone came out when we got up to our room. The floors were absolutely disgusting so my husband and I decided that we just would not take our shoes off at all. I had a couple blankets in our car so we use those to sleep on and decided we didn’t really have a choice and it was a non-cancelable booking online online. We knew we wouldn’t be at the hotel very much during the day so we just had to suck it up. The furniture in the room was so tired and worn out, The blind didn’t go up at all the mechanism to move it up and down was missing. The floors were absolutely awful. The dust on the furniture was so thick, and I found it quite amusing that there was an envelope left on the coffee table for a donations for the housekeeper. The bar that was shown in the picture was obviously just a prop as there was no lights or people working at it the entire time we were there. The breakfast was a complete joke as all there was was crappy muffins, granola bars, and porridge. This hotel is so overdue for a makeover. DO NOT STAY HERE.!!!"
