Decent Place and Friendly Staff!

The hotel staff was really friendly and nice with us! The food was good, for the amount of tourist they were always keeping it as clean as possible, you do notice that the hotel has already few years and the facilities requires a bit more of love, but it is very nice for family with small kids! Also considering the time I would not recommend going in August as it shares the pool with the other hotel nearby Playa Linda and it can be challenging finding a sun bed!!!

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. Our room was clean and pleasant. The pool was great apart from being insanely busy which was due to the sea being rough. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is a bit more dated than some of the others in the area but our only real complaint is parking. Expedia says there is parking available however it is public parking usually full and not guaranteed.

Front desk Santiago and the lady that checked us out were Friendly, helpful, and truly professionals Wonderful Buffet, The setting is magnificent very modern spacious, and delicious !!! The cleaning service (housekeepers) was the WORST ever; we had no replacement for our bed sheets, no vacuum/cleaning the floors, we spent 4 days, UNTIL our room was cleaned in our last day by AMINA from housekeeping she does a great job and showed us some respect cleaning the room and replacing towels and bed sheets /Thanks

Die Junior Suite ist wunderschƶn und der Ausblick traumhaft. Allerdings scheint die Klimaanlage nicht richtig zu funktionieren, was laut Hotelpersonal daran liegt, dass man sich im hƶchsten Stock des GebƤudes befindet. Meine Zimmerkarte hat sich stƤndig deaktiviert, weshalb ich immer wieder zur Rezeption musste. Hier hƤtte ich mir com Hotel eine EntschƤdigung gewĆ¼nscht, welche jedoch leider ausblieb. Die Pool Landschaft und der Rutschenpark sind fantastisch und es sind mehrere Rettungsschwimmer / Aufseher vor Ort. Das Animationsteam sorgt zwischendurch fĆ¼r ordentlich Stimmung. Eine Katastrophe ist jedoch - wie in so vielen Hotels - der Kampf um die Liegen. Wer sich nicht schon morgens, bevor das Schwimmbad Ć¼berhaupt ƶffnet, anstellt, steht dumm da. Hier sollte das Hotel dringend nach einer Lƶsung suchen. Zum Essen kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich nur FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck gebucht hatte. Die Auswahl war zwar nicht klein, aber ich hƤtte mir mehr Auswahl an fettarmen Produkten gewĆ¼nscht. Das Hotel ist insgesamt auf jeden empfehlenswert, insbesondere fĆ¼r Familien mit grĆ¶ĆŸeren Kindern. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist im Sommer hier allerdings komplett fehl am Platz.

Recomendable sin ninguna duda

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones estupendas, con muchas actividades diurnas y nocturnas. La cercanĆ­a a la playa es sencillamente insuperable. Las piscinas estĆ”n muy bien, especialmente los supertoboganes (merecen muchĆ­simo la pena). El personal, amabilĆ­simo y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Fuimos en agosto, y aunque el hotel estaba lleno, no nos dio la sensaciĆ³n de agobio en ningĆŗn momento. Es decir, en toda la ciudad hay gente, pero es lo esperable en agosto, y las instalaciones del hotel son tan grandes que cuando toca hacer cola no es mucho rato. Decidimos aparcar fuera del hotel, y eso en agosto es una misiĆ³n imposible, tuvimos que aparcar lejos, pero eso no depende del hotel, es que Roquetas en temporada alta es asĆ­. Por otro lado, por poner un pero, las instalaciones estĆ”n modernizadas, pero las habitaciones (al menos la nuestra) estĆ”n un poco anticuadas en algunos aspectos (la comodidad de las camas despuĆ©s de mĆ”s de 10 dĆ­as se nota), y la wifi iba mal a ciertas horas (imagino que por el pico de gente conectada, es lĆ³gico). Todo muy limpio y cĆ³modo, en todo caso, salvo lo mencionado. Muy recomendable todo, repetiremos sin duda, es sin duda un muy buen hotel.

No se lo recomendarĆ­a a nadie. Me cobraron el alojamiento antes de entrar y sin siquiera darme una factura, que tuve que recoger posteriormente y despuĆ©s de una larga espera. SeƱores, primero se hace una factura, y en base a ella, se debe pagar, sin factura existente, nunca se debe cobrar a un huĆ©sped. Ah, en la media pensiĆ³n no entra la bebida, esto es legal, pero pagarĆ©is el agua a precio de vino. No volverĆ©, ha sido suficiente.

He sido reorientado al hotel de al lado (de la misma cadena) PlayaCapricho porque al final de la temporada cierraron el hotel que habia reservado. Me avisaron com tiempo. Por haber probado los 2 la comida esta mucho mejore en el PlayaCapricho. La gente muy sympatica en los 2.

Amiamo tanto viaggiare ma RARAMENTE abbiamo trovato una struttura cosi completa. Sebbene sia un pĆ³ datata . Abbiamo trascorso 5 notti praticamente affacciati sul mare. Un sogno. Las piscinas muy bonitas , y los toboganes muy bien , el personal fantastico , la habitacion un poco antigua pero estaba bien . el aparcamiento es difiicil aparcar en la puerta ya que esta siempre ocupado pero a fuera suele a ver aparcamiento , la playa justo saliendo del hotel una maravilla . Nice 2 weeks there. Nice place to relax, and hotel is next to the sea so, what else do u need :) Everyday cleaning in hotel room, and worker there smile more than looks sad face. If you eat glutenfree, that places (Roquetas De Mar) is hard to cause everywhere is bread tm. BUUT i found one places who make food (pizza&pasta) also for glutenfree!! and that was nice. And you can find something for glutenfree also in market too .

En general todo muy bien, aunque creo que es hora de una reforma en algunas habitaciones. La comida bien y la atenciĆ³n bien. Los toboganes de lo mejor del hotel.
