"Breakfast was fine. Staff excellent. Bed was supposed to be queen size but was smaller than standard queen. And the mattress in our room was not CK gift able- room 106.
Our major complaint was that no one told us the rooms are only done up every other day. Yes, there was a tiny print sticker on the bathroom mirror which was barely legible and only read after-the-fact. To make your guests experiences better, staff should tell us at registration.
Also, no perks given for being a Hilton member....

"The staff is very rude and disrespectful rooms dirty housekeepers doesn't come towels dirty Linen on the bed was dirty parking area had homeless people just people hanging out it's not safe it's not well lit up in the parking lot the only good thing about this place was the breakfast that's it that's all they're overpriced and overrated terrible stay will not recommend to anyone"

"When we got to our room, we noticed that most of the outlets on the walls did not work. We had to switch the plugs for two of the lamps so they would actually turn on. The only outlets in the bedroom we found that worked were the outlets in the bedside lamps.
BOTH bedside and desk phones did not work. Bedside phone rang, beeped a few times and disconnected. The desk phone in the living space didnt work. We later found out that the neither of them were connected to the right port.

"The hotel was nice. The breakfast was listed as a buffet. It had a warmer unit that had scrambled eggs, sliced sausage and French toast sticks in it. A waffle maker, cereal, hard boiled eggs and some breads. Not what I would call a buffet. Other than that the hotel was nice as was the pool. The Staff was friendly. The room was nice. A Waffle House was a short walk. The hotel and parking lot were safe. I would stay there again."

"The room is beautiful and if you just come to gamble it is a great place. The downside is the restaurants open at 5pm and close at 10 pm. They missed an opportunity with 1500 people leaving the concert venue in the facility with NOTHING open to eat or grab a drink. We just did not expect this. OK so there was a Vietnamese restaurant open until midnight but did not meet our needs. "
