"The staff was very helpful with us, because my husband had to be hospitalized for three days, starting on the day we were to check out of the hotel. They helped us stay in the same room for the remaining three days. We really appreciate their help."

"check in was terrible. you have to pay a mandatory fee to get an access code. there’s only two ways to pay it and both were down/having continuous error issues though we had more than enough funds. the customer service person did not give alternatives for us to enter the room. I almost had to book elsewhere but i managed to get a family member to go to the site and payment worked for them. Overall, good location and the room did the job but would definitely stay elsewhere in the future to avoid...

"The location is great if you are visiting someone in the East Village. There is no parking associated with the property. There is no front desk - contactless check in. It is the city so there is definitely noise when trying to get to sleep. Also sound room to room and floor to floor."

"This was an excellent choice in the city. Rooms are very small, but it still had a very "homey" feel that made you feel like you weren't in a hotel."

"The Door app was ok once I downloaded but they told me it was called Latch. Finally they provided codes. Should not have to work to open a door. WiFi went out. Coffee maker did not work. Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site."
