"The staff was nice and the area was easy to navigate. The room itself was not very clean(Q tips on the floor by the tv stands in plain sight), the a/c unit was so dirty my teenager refused to turn it on, bed was hard and there is absolutely no sound proofing between the floors. The guest above us woke us up at 2am and they kept us awake until 3:30am. You get what you pay for and I finally learned my lesson to just spend the extra money to be comfortable."

"Convenient location, helpful staff, reasonable rates, clean and sizable room (I was in room 113), free parking and free breakfast (tho I chose not to have any). There was a random black sock in my room hiding in the corner when I arrived, but I didn’t see evidence elsewhere of skipped housecleaning. It was otherwise clean as far as I could see. I’d stay again!"

"Don't trust the wifi. It's slow and buying the enhancement doesn't help. Bide your time and money for mobile data or just use the base wifi.
Breakfast is not reliable either, it's just a few oatmeal packets, works in a pinch but not much else
Treat this place more like a furnished apartment or motel rather then a hotel."

"I've stayed at the Hyatt House many times- next building over.
They used to make custom omelets over there, while you wait. Choose your veggies and meats, a cook made you an omelet.
At Hyatt Place, there is a bowl of yellow mush being passed off as edible, that you know was reheated from a plastic bag, not grilled.
Nuked scrambled eggs are a boundary I will not tolerate at any hotel, neither should you. The breakfast was a joke.
It's even more upsetting that people sit and hork this stuff down...
