"This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"So first of all, the staff at the front counter was great. Rooms on the other hand not so much. The property claims it’s a smoke free facility and anyone who does smoke has to be 25ft away. Well the first room I checked into around 8pm completely wreaked of Marijuana. I’m allergic to that plus nicotine so I couldn’t even stay in the room for more than 5 minutes. I went to the front desk and at first they said they didn’t have another room to move me to but they would give me spray for the room....
