"There was a blood stain on the floor. The room was doused in cleaner and was potent. Sheets were messy with hair/stains. Phone was dripping with chemicals."

The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere."

"My first initial room was 206 It was beautiful but it smelled like dog urine. The lady at the desk was very helpful and gave us a different room 221 which was okay. The room was also beautiful but the carpet was filthy. The lady that serves the breakfast in the morning was very rude and disrespectful. She’s very grateful that we chose too leave our kids upstairs when we came for breakfast. The hotel was decent for the price"

"The room was dusty and due to my allergies it was extremely hard to sleep. Also very thin walls you can hear everything. Towels weren't completely clean some stains ect. Sink was clogged when I first arrived. Other than that it was a great place pool was great with the sauna. The night staff was very pleasant."

"We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. The whole hotel was super clean. You could tell someone is always walking around cleaning. The staff was helpful. my son left his phone in one of the lobby chairs and staff held at front desk. The breakfast was good. The wifi worked great. My hubby wished they had a bar in the lounge area. The only negative would be the pool area. I don't think the chemicala were added or checked often. The moment you entered the pool your eyes burn without even going under. ...

"The bed was very very uncomfortable. Pillows were great. Refrigerator door was broken, lightening in room was very bad. Drain in tub broken. Pool looked nice but didn’t get to use in our stay. The carpet in the hallways was worn and very dirty. We won’t be back. You get what you pay for ."

"We picked this hotel specifically for the king size bed and trundle bed combo. There were no sheets or blankets for the trundle bed, and no blankets available at all for the entire time we stayed there. We were told other guests stole the blankets, and they didn't seem to care that a lack of bedding took away the value of the room. At no time during our 5 day stay did they try to provide a blanket, even after calling the corporate office to make them aware of the situation. The breakfast wasn't...

"I will stay here again next time I go to a tigers game and want to visit my sister who lives close by. Very clean and very nice staff. Pool was very nice as well. Breakfast was great! A lot of options."

"The room was pretty good actually, and the price was low; however, you get what you pay for. The towels were pathetic. Thin and small and not absorbent. The paper plates for the free breakfast were the cheapest and flimsiest you can buy. The plastic utensils were similarly flimsy. It was obvious that the hotel management did not want to spend more on amenities than absolutely necessary."
