"Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds...

"We had reserved 2 rooms. We had room 101 and 104. Room 101, the shower and sink water took forever to warm up. I literally had the water running for over 30 minutes and it only was warm, not hot. I'm a girl and I like my water hot and steamy. So beware you might be unlucky. Unfortunately room 104 smelled like smoke. Sam at the front desk was really nice. He was able to give us a different room, unfortunately it was up on 3rd floor. And the rooms have no microwaves. The building is built like a...

"Our stay was decent. The staff was excellent. The area is nice and the property is clean. The room could have been cleaned, there was a odor in the bathroom that only got worse after each shower, it was dusty under our beds, and the floors were not properly cleaned so my daughter's socks immediately got dirty from walking around barefoot. The towels, linens were fresh and clean so we were able to have a comfortable sleep."

"This location does not have an elevator. Even though it's just 2 stories they still need an elevator. No breakfast. The courtyard was under construction so no access.we had a balcony,however no chairs were on the balcony. The doors to the rooms slammed unless you held it. It was construction debris in the front of the building. Not a fan of this location. Highly NOT recommended!"

"Location is excellent for access to facilities on Patriot Blvd and Glenview. Hotel is very clean, well maintained and staff are helpful. As this area is away from downtown Chicago, a car (or rental car) is useful for getting around, such as going to a restaurant."

"Old and needs a big update. Room was dark, smelled musty and greasy!!! Carpet was dirty too. Marriott has always been my go too for reliability and cleanliness. Not this one."

"The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've indulged in. Didnt try the pool but looked nice. Room and hallway had a little goofy smell but it goes away after being in it for a minute or so. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. And I had the jacuzzi I'm my room and it was amazing. Room was really clean. Tv was pretty good, and all the other amenities work as they should. And they had big bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. And it's located in a descent...

"The room temperature has to be controlled from the front office . The room temperature was up and down whole stay. Even though we to call the front office couple times per day, the room temperature was up and down and not comfortable. The environment was cozy and calm."
