"Apartment was exactly as described in the photos — clean, spacious, and in the perfect location. The welcome folder with recommendations for places to eat, visit, and things to do was a really thoughtful touch. Alex was a fantastic host, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"The fridge in the kitchen was dirty and smelly, the cooker hood was greasy and the oven was not clean. The floor in the living room was dirty. The bathrooms were clean but one shower was broken. The bedding and towels were clean but I removed the pillowcases before we left and the pillows were extremely dirty. The windows were really dirty both inside and outside. The apartment was in a very good location close to the city centre and Albert Dock. "

"Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor...
