The location of the property was within walking distance to the city’s attractions. The apartment provided everything we needed. However, some things in the apartment could need updating and some TLC. Eg The windows wouldn’t stay open or were hard to close and needed repainting, knob off the drawer, mould in the shower and the grout needed a good clean. I don’t know how it can be called a Luxury Apartment? I would change it to Modern apartment at best.

This property was the second one in this complex we stayed in. It was much nicer and had a more modern feel however it’s not in the luxury’ category. Heaters worked really well. The mattress was narrower than the frame so was very cramped for two people. The grout in the shower could have been cleaner and there was mould around the edge. The door handle to the bathroom was useable but actually broken! Kitchen facilities were okay but no tea towel. We would probably stay again but the host might like to think about some of these aspects that I mentioned.

What a great location, thats it. The appartment could be some much better. It was clean but damage to walls, pictures propped up on the floor, bulbs missing from lamp, sofa in lounge disgusting and dirty, no tv remote and worse of all it absolutely stunk of cannabis all night and no way of removing the smell as no air conditioning. Such a shame the location is great and the apartment could be much better, it just needs some tlc and some return communication from the ower. I messaged them about the issues and got no reply. Spend a bit more money and stay at ch1, which we did last year, the apartments are beautiful and the owner is very attentive.

A nice modern apartment. If you are using the sofa bed I would suggest bringing your own sheets, the ones supplied didn’t appear to have been washed, there were marks and hairs on them. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday nights and both nights the noise from neighbouring apartments was awful! People coming and going,

Not bad for money, but not good either…

Location great. Technically a modern apartment but rough around the edges, broken window latch so window remained opened, scuffed walls, bathroom light on timer so would go off when showering, no tea towel, TERRIBLE sofa bed…apartment should only be classed as sleeping 2, not 4 - sofa bed only a few inches thick, hairy, sunk in the middle and was unbelievably noisy. Cleaning was not up to standard with stained bedding and sofa, also found m&ms down the sofa too. Fine if just two people visiting who don’t plan to have any meals in the apartment.

PROS: Close to shops/restaurants. Modern decor. Easy to follow check in instructions. CONS: Parts of the apartment were worn/scruffy. Needed TLC. Wobbly toilet seat. Dodgy lock that kept sticking. Windows did not keep open. No air con. Very loud creaky floorboards when someone is walking in above apartment. Constant humming fridge. Very loud bar round the corner. Blinds did not keep light out. No replies from the apartment when messages sent prior to stay and also after but several from them including asking us to leave a review. Several sharp screws sticking out of bed frame at bottom which was covered with duvet and found the board which was missing in the utility cupboard on the last day!!!! This is NOT luxury and was absolutely not work the money I spent for my partners birthday.
