"Nice location. Updated property. Our room was much larger than anticipated. Check in employee was very friendly. Only con was the floors were filthy, they looked like newer tile/laminate but left our feet black after only a little walking around on them. We didn't mention it since we were just there overnight, so can't comment on how helpfull staff would have been. Would still stay here again."

When they did arrive they were rude and extremely unhelpful, we wanted early check in and knew it was an extra cost and depended on room availability.
