"The hotel exceeded all expectations. We arrived and our room was not quite ready. The check in staff offered us a voucher for two glasses of champagne while we waited; they then come to find us to tell us the room was ready and they had upgraded us. We had a lovely room with a nice view. On the way back after dinner we stopped at 12th knot for a couple of cocktails and enjoyed the atmosphere and great view over St Paul’s. Our room was on the 9th floor, not the biggest room we have ever stayed at, but a good size, with a nice bathroom and decent amenities. My only comment is that it would be nice if there was a mirror by the desk so that it can be used as a dresser. The bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet, no slamming doors through the night like in other hotels. A very enjoyable stay. "

"Very good location, right next to London eye and Big Ben, walking distance to Buckingham palace and many other landmarks. Their breakfast buffet has a decent variety to start your day. Room was clean and the staff was very helpful and polite."
