"Incredible views of the lake! Located a little further from the hustle and bustle of the town which provided us the tranquil, peaceful environment we prefer. But still close enough that we could just walk nearby to enjoy the shops, restaurants and people watching when we're in the mood. The whole property is clean and meticulously maintained. The staff were some of the nicest, most welcoming and helpful I've ever encountered. We stayed in the Tower Suite, highly recommend for its incredible views alone but everything was great. Suite was clean, bed was comfortable, recently renovated with a modern aesthetic. Amenities we enjoyed: free shuttle to and from the ferry (great if you have a lot of luggage), delicious free breakfast daily, and spa access with steam, sauna, ice and salt rooms (highly relaxing). Would stay here again without question!"
Villa Rêverie - Boutique Hotel

"INCREDIBLE!!!! I cannot say enough good things about our 5 night stay here. Every detail was spot on. It’s a 10 min walk from the train station and an easy 15-20 min walk into town and the ferry terminal so incredibly convenient. Bellano was a darling town and we are so glad we stayed here instead of the more popular towns. Our room had a balcony on the side of the building and it provided total privacy and an outstanding lake view. The daily breakfast was 10/10 and plentiful. They welcomed us with a cold glass of prosecco on the terrace looking at the beautiful view while they did our check in paperwork. Every staff member was so outstanding and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and what to see. The bed was so comfy and nice pillows, linens and bath products. They have a little bar and having a drink on the terrace while waiting for our train was a perfect way to end our time in Bellano. We will be dreaming of this place for years!!!"

"We stayed for two nights and the experience was shockingly poor. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door from the beginning, but hotel personnel entered while we were out, moved our personal belongings and threw away papers I had placed with my medication. Another occurrence while we were sleeping in the afternoon a male staff member entered the room without knocking and walked all the way to the bed, and after realising he said he had the wrong room. This is the staff who’s usually at the entrance and helps with parking, probably he wanted to clear or help with luggage for another room.. Around 20–30 minutes later, another housekeeping staff member entered again, probably for cleaning or who knows why despite the same Do Not Disturb sign!! Unacceptable! The personnel has no sense of being cautious and at leat knock. Instead they all just to barge in! The room also could not be locked from the inside, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We reported everything to reception immediately, but there was no proper follow-up, no real apology from management and no gesture at checkout. Felt like they didn’t really care. The room was decent, but the staff training, privacy standards and guest safety were completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again and do not recommend."
