"Without a doubt a 5 star luxury hotel. Staff trained to take excellent care of you and any requests you may have. Very welcoming environment and rooftop bar was exceptional - lovely views across the city, great food and wine menu and very family friendly. Breakfast was superb. Excellent buffet with champagne included as well as a la carte. Chefs cater to dietary requirements and even offered to make special breakfasts for our baby. A truly wonderful stay and we will be back! "

We’ve stayed in a family suite where we had two rooms, one in the 0 floor with a couch and a refrigerator, and another in the 1st floor with a bed and a bathroom. From the 1st floor, you can access the garden through the terrace. Breakfast is included in your stay and it was fabulous. It is in a 10 minute walking distance from the city centre. "Beautiful property but difficult to get to and no parking on site. Very thin alley to get there. Even the taxi drivers were nervous driving it.

He explained the local food, how to order and the differences. We had an issue with the safe and he fixed it straight away. If they could clone him, I would only book in these hotels. "The four of us, including our two sons who are in their early twenties, stayed for five nights in two rooms. The hotel managed to provide a twin room for the boys which was appreciated.
The rooms were comfortable and the service was excellent.
