"Excellent location and good breakfast. The hotel room was nice but what could be better is if there were more amenities in the room (basic things like conditioners, tooth brush, slippers, etc ). Overall, it was a great stay and staffs service was also wonderful!"

"The room is small, given the price. The bathroom is small (though the shower is decent enough) with no space to place the toiletries or to hang hand towel. The difference has never been apparent when we move to another hotel for the rest of our stay in Porto. More space, more amenities for about the same price."

"I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and chose it because it had a gym and swimming pool. We made aware when we checked in that the gym was closed for maintenance. There was nothing about this on the website when I booked. It was supposed to open during our stay, but it didn’t. Very disappointing. The rooms were quite big but surprised that we had to pay 4euros for a bottle of water! There was a lot of choice at breakfast but the cooked items under lights were cold. You could have freshly cooked eggs which was quite nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t say it was 5 star - 4 star at the most."
