"Lovely recently built hotel in a 200 year old palace. Great staff absolutely stunning old ballroom converted into a dining room. Good food. The only detriment is that there’s not a whole lot going on around this hotel. Good value for money, especially in the off-season if you’re just looking to relax"

"The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking. The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful. The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered. "
