The food was first class. The hotel is in a quiet area and a little removed from the shops, museums etc but that was fine for us. "

"This Hotel is in a wonderful location very close to the town and the hotel staff are super helpful in organising Bus tickets /Trams /Boat tour etc . We asked the hotel to book two private tours and this was one of the highlights of our 7 day trip to Lisbon , the tour guides on both occasions were amazing , we saw so much more than what we could have done going solo . "This was a fabulous place. I would highly recommend it. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. Even though we only there for one night at the end of trip, it was amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. "An elegant hotel, quite grand and very nicely decorated to fit the period of the building. Staff were very helpful. Good location, few bars and places to eat nearby. About 15 minutes walk to the busier parts of the city. Loved the library on the to floor and balcony. Honesty bar a nice touch. Room and bathroom very spacious. "

"Our room was nice and clean and very comfortable. I loved the decor. I like the color and the artsy vibe in both the room and the lobby. The staff were nice and helpful and always with a smile. One morning, we had to leave early at 7am before a day tour and so breakfast wasn’t open yet. Even the bakery nearby wasn’t open until 7:30! I went down to the lobby to get milk for my coffee and upon hearing of my lack of breakfast, the front desk gave me a slice of carrot almond cake. The cake was moist...

It would have been great if we could have shampoo and conditioner, and if your stay is longer than 3 days, to have an additional towel change included in the hostel cost (not extra).
