The room was spacious, clean and luxurious. There were a few bugs but this is to be expected staying in the jungle. The check in staff were fantastic and very pleasant. The restaurant was a little slow with their service, and better food can be found in town.

Helpful staff. Huge family room, more like an apartment, which opened right onto pool. Walk to jungle beach and peace pagoda. The staff put on a beautiful Christmas morning breakfast as well.

It was a nice stay and the view from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was great but the staff who served needs more training as they were rushing to serve us while we were having food.
