"There was a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. The mattress was just firm enough for very comfortable sleeping. Everyone I came into contact with during my stay was very friendly. "

"The staff was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. They gave us a complimentary upgrade beacuse it was me and my husband's anniversary. The room was nice and big. I loved the view and all the windows. Highly recommend!"
"My mom and i stayed for 3 nights, so so nice, pool and terrace are perfect relaxing options. workers are super friendly especially Wallis, he was so kind and very helpful and welcoming, he gave us advice and helped us if we needed it!! very nice restaurant too, yummy food and kind workers!"
"Aloft was amazing! The location is a 10 minute walk from the Grand red line station and had plenty of options for night life and food. I would highly recommend this as a short term stay option. Seeing as Chicago is quite loud (not the hotels fault) it might be nicer to stay on a higher floor but we were very comfortable during our stay either way. "
