"Clean good staff my favorite place to stay"

"Room 117 is next to exit door and every time somebody used the door it would slam shut and cause the wall (which the headboard was on) to shake. Bathroom was disgusting, was of hair in tub drain, floor needs cleaned. "

From the moment we walked in the front door and walking down the hallway to our room. Our room was freezing as well. "It was a nice and easy hotel. Very affordable & staff was nice. Recommended restaurants and what to do in the area. Not far from columbus either if you need an affordable place to stay. "

"Staff was friendly and amenities were present, however the the property looked rundown in certain areas. Also I received stained towels in the bathroom. But the room was big in size and nicely decorated, came with a microwave & fridge. Overall I stayed here for work but wouldn’t stay here again."

"For the price of the room I would not expect there to be mold in the shower tile cracks. The staff was very nice. The cleaning people only made one bed because of a pillow we forgot on the other bed which is ridiculous. I have never stayed in a Doubletree before and I was told it was the best there was and I will not stay in another one. The room was dark and dingy. The view was a air conditioning units."

"I requested a non-smoking room via Expedia, and I was assigned to a smoking room. I didn't have time to change this as I was on a tight scheduled with events/dinners etc. The entire room reeked with a horrible cigarette smell! All my clothes and CPAP machine are now totally smelly. Top latch/lock on the motel door was not secure so there was only one turning lock which did not feel safe."
