Khách sạn Russellville

"Be advised, there is no coffee makers in the room anymore (which is advertised on the website). They took them out and have 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Room was ok, bed was comfortable. I was told breakfast was at 6am, so I planned my departure around that (I had a long drive yet, and planned to leave immediatly after a quick bite to eat). After waiting until 6:15 (with numerous other people in the dining room waiting) I went to desk and asked, and was told it was at 7am (was a Saturday) today....

"Not much food options. Bed was comfortable"

"Great breakfast and clean"

"Our Unit was VERY dated....the sheets had good size holes in them, we were there a full week and NEVER had housekeeping ask if we needed any thing, I had to hunt them down for more towels, no sign to put out to ask if the room needed cleaning, it was like a ghost town. The air conditioner was LOUD and the entire property was dated. Definately needs some attention. Comforter on top of the bed was so old, the stuffing inside was clumped up in various large balls, I looked in other rooms through...

"I like the staff but if they could just clean the rooms better. There is no excuse for hand prints on a bathroom door. Dirty rag left in the bathroom."

"The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the rod in the shower was broken, there was holes in the carpet, and on the table legs there was dried food. This room could use some help."

"Property is well kept. Always clean and spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Our room was clean and comfortable. They had a great breakfast, plenty of choices."

"Worth it!"

"This is probably the best place to stay in my opinion when visiting Springfield. It's off the road just a bit so the rooms are quiet and there is plenty of parking and you feel very safe here. The rooms are what you would expect and the breakfast is pretty good. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back here. All good!"

"Everything was clean, new, and well maintained."

"Hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The complimentary evening meal was greatly appreciated. Good breakfast. Would stay here again."

"Was clean and breakfast was good"

"Easy parking and plenty of it. Staff extremely helpful. Very much enjoyed the included breakfast, with many options available. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Bed was comfortable and we slept well!"
