Avoid this hotel. The hotel is not maintained and the basic functions, heating/cooling, lack of cleanliness, plumbing and response to immediate and continuous issues was poorly handled. I had an amazing stay. Beautiful and safe place. Great staff and very clean. The only thing-it was very pricey considering local prices. The food, shuttle services, and amenities cost at least 3x that of offsite options.
