Especially after we mentioned one day they forgot they made sure it did happen again. They had laundry room that we used and their common space for gym and kitchen looks nice."

"Very clean and spacious room. Love the kitchen and the balcony. Convenient washer and dryer. They don’t provide toothbrush/toothpaste or laundry detergent but atleast they have 2 convenience stores nearby. Very close to a lot of popular shopping streets that are within 15-20 minute walking distance. Love that the hotel staff are multilingual but we still had a lot of miscommunication and it caused a lot of stress for a short trip."
