"Arrived in my room and there was no toilet paper, shower gel , and the towels were stained. I called to get toilet paper 2 times and waited 45 min and no one came. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager and told him about the situation . I waited 45 more minutes and no toilet paper or shower gel. Called the third time and the toilet paper arrived and no shower gel. Very poor or really no management at this hotel."

"Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. "

"The room is too small to be called as an “executive room”. There are other executive rooms but they are not the same. The room a/c is not cold enough to be on the said temperature. The pillows are not comfortable nor the bed. I will not recommend for a long staycation. Yes, for short time stay only. However, the cleaning crew provided excellent service which made me think to book at the same location again."

"We enjoyed staying overnight at Discovery. Am surprised on how they welcomed me with a banner “Welcome Home” and there’s even a slice of chocolate cake for a treat, yum! Thank you! We’ve slept at our two comfy Queen beds. Very spacious room “premier” and they provide you with coffees and teas, bathrobes and slippers.
