"Room was ok. Staff were generally friendly but don’t answer email. Accommodations had some damage in places. No walk in shower and the tub is high and is difficult for seniors to get into and out of. Overall it fits the description of a 3 star hotel. Clean but not perfect. "

"The room is too small to be called as an “executive room”. There are other executive rooms but they are not the same. The room a/c is not cold enough to be on the said temperature. The pillows are not comfortable nor the bed. I will not recommend for a long staycation. Yes, for short time stay only. However, the cleaning crew provided excellent service which made me think to book at the same location again."

"Everything amazing! It’s just that on the day we stay they actually repairing the pool. So our purpose of stay is useless. But it was all good otherwise. I wish it was mention so we can cancel our stay"

"The staff was nice and accommodating especially the security people. I just hope they provide free towels every day. They give you one every 3 days. The bed sheets looked old and I don’t know if they changed it upon check In. When the sheets were changed after our 3rd day, it was still the old one because of the red spots on the same area so I had to call housekeeping again and the floor was obviously not clean as there were hairs all over the floor. I hope management will focus on room...

"I checked in, the front desk gave me a welcoming chocolate, a warm welcome on a late evening arrival. But it turned out to be a big disappointment. As a first time guests they gave a room at top floor. I arrived tired from a long day of flights and all I want was to shower and sleep. The room did not have any towels! I could not shower. The receptionist that night was very welcoming but the room was not ready! Also, the shower floor overflowed the following night!I the lotion and hand soap...
