"Staff was friendly, properties were all extremely clean, I felt safe and comfortable. Only notes - all inclusive you can’t get food to go. The towel policy is annoying. And the bracelet string will get really annoying and will feel like something is crawling on you. But this is just complaining."

"We loved the e-bike & snorkeling tour with Zeff, Bri, and Donny. Easy to book reservations via app, were able to go to each Resturant, food was delicious, The view from our room and proximity to beach/ocean unbeatable. Sunsets were incredible. Staff was friendly, always felt safe and well taken care of. Close to town or Eagle beach-which is a must see-absolutely beautiful. I’d return to this resort in a heartbeat!"

"Went here on a girls trip. The beach was beautiful and we spent most of our time enjoying the view and cooling off in the clear water. The chairs at both the beach and pool were very comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and the property was well cared for. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"I would like to compliment the staff at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba – Beach Resort & Casino on my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the resort’s atmosphere and accommodations. I would, however, like to offer two suggestions for improvement. First, I believe all staff members should make an effort to greet guests with a smile and a friendly acknowledgment, regardless of their position or location within the resort. A simple smile and greeting go a long way in making guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Second, there should be clearer signage in the pool area indicating where guests should return their used towels. This would eliminate confusion and make the process more convenient for everyone. These are small improvements that could make an already enjoyable resort experience even better. Thank you for your hospitality."
