Our bathroom tap was broken. Couldn’t run the water at all, I think the censor was broken. And the shower head was broken and only a small stream of water was coming out. Our coffee machine also was broken had to hold down the buttons for it to work.

This is a great hotel if you're staying overnight to catch your next flight. It's a few minutes from the San Jose airport, you have access to a free shuttle leaving every 15-20 minutes, and an early breakfast before you start your travels.
