"Roaches in kitchenette. Told staff. Couldn't move us . Management not very helpful. Stuck in that room our whole stay because management was not available to help. The front desk staff was wonderful and understanding but no solution until we checked out. They only offered 20 percent discount. Will not be using this company anymore. Do better! My kids slept with the lights on to feel safe. Now I'll have a ton of work to do when I get home to ensure nothing came home with us. Had management been available I would have asked for a full refund and went elsewhere."

If you aren’t an early riser, ask for a room not facing east as the sun is bright and comes through the plantation shutters early and strong."
