自由に飲めるコーヒー、緑茶、紅茶のそれぞれホットとアイスがあったのは良かったです。チェックイン時間のすぐに行っても、敷地内の駐車場は満車で、離れた第3駐車場に停めました。そこも、夜21時頃にはいっぱいになっていましたので、かなり人気があるホテルなのだなと思いました。時間制ではありますが、大きなお風呂もあり、とても快適に過ごせました。また相模原に寄る機会がありましたら、ぜひ利用したいです。

サービス、接客は値段相応のホテル程度、ちょっとした漫画コーナーがあり良い取り組みだと思いました。施設は古いですが掃除が良いのか問題ない。食事が値段の割にチープなのが残念かな。無料で提供される東横インを少し良くしたレベル。(東横インが良心的という意味で)

サンリオピューロランドへ行くのに利用しました。駐車場無料はありがたい。ロビーにコーヒー、お茶のサービスとシャンプーバイキングがあり嬉しかった。ヘアのエアコンは温度設定ないもののとても快適な空間だった。しかし、テレビのリモコンがベトベトで残念。(大浴場は時間的に利用できない時間になってしまい、利用しませんでした。)サンリオからも近いので、ホテルにただ泊まるだけ＋車で行く方にはおすすめ

素泊まりで利用しました。 目の前にコンビニもあり、駐車場も何ヶ所があるためとても便利でしたが、夜は外の音がうるさくてちょっと残念。大浴場も時間で決められてたので利用できなかった。 耳栓とかあったのかな、、。でも、アメニティーや、シャンプーなどは普通によかったし、綺麗だったのでよかったです。
