"The hotel feels outdated, and the quality of the food was disappointing. Compared to my previous experience at Rixos, the difference was significant. The property is very large, yet I was not provided with a map or sufficient information about the amenities during check-in, making it difficult to navigate and fully enjoy the resort. Although I paid for the all-inclusive package, I was not given a wristband or any clear way to identify my status, and I had to provide my room number every time I ordered food or drinks. Another major issue was the bathroom in my room. Every time I took a shower, water leaked onto the bathroom floor due to the outdated design, leaving the floor wet and slippery, which was both inconvenient and a safety concern. The beach was also disappointing. It was not a white-sand beach as expected and had many rocks, making it less comfortable for swimming and relaxing. As a result, it seemed that very few guests actually used the beach. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."
