Really close to the airport with easy access to Bordeaux. I went with my son to go to a GunsnRoses concert at the Matmut Stadium. Hotel room was spotless with really comfy beds with choice of pillows. Coffee and tea in the room. Buffet breakfast with lots of fruit and frozen yoghurt. Small amount of bacon and sausage. Small pool to sit around in the sunshine also gym and sauna. Would stay there again.

I had high expectations and they were met and exceeded. The staff are polite, courteous and professional without being robotic, and that makes a difference. The room was larger than expecting, well furnished. The bathroom was good and the buttons for the shower avoided the usual fear of having to take a degree in plumbing that you usually find with hotel bathrooms. Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. We arrived late on Monday evening and were able to get a seat at the rooftop bar to have a light dinner and drinks. The entrance to the hotel is dramatic, like something you'd see in an art gallery. The rooms are clean, smart and stylish, with great bathroom amenities and soundproofing. Beds were firm, which not everyone might enjoy, but we had comfortable and quiet nights' sleep. Would definitely return the next time I'm in Bordeaux.

Very pleased with the Pullman Bordeaux Lac. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception on arrival. Free up grade to superior room. Quick and efficient check in. Room was very good, overlooking the lake-it is a very quiet location. Very clean room. Hotel itself in a few places looks a bit jaded-the odd stain on the carpets here and there for instance, but there is a renovation programme underway. All the facilities were spotless. Superb buffet breakfast with everything you could imagine....
